What happens when a scientist who has spent nearly two decades in biotechnology and oncology research has an experience that completely changes the way she understands consciousness?
In this episode of the Spiritual Spotlight Series, Rachel Garrett sits down with Crystal Cassidy, scientist, mystic, and founder of Soul Pod, to explore the unexpected intersection of science, spirituality, meditation, consciousness, and technology.
Crystal spent years working in biotechnology and oncology research, including clinical operations connected with bringing a blood-based cancer diagnostic to market. Then, during a severe illness in 2020, she describes having a near-death experience that profoundly changed the direction of her life and deepened her relationship with spirituality and consciousness. transcript-a-near-death-wake-up… transcript-a-near-death-wake-up…
Rachel and Crystal explore why meditation does not always feel peaceful at first, why becoming more aware can initially mean becoming more aware of discomfort, and why spiritual growth may require learning how to stay present with emotions rather than constantly trying to escape them. transcript-a-near-death-wake-up…
They also dive into Crystal’s concept of Soul Tech — the idea that technology, community, spiritual practice, nervous-system awareness, and consciousness can work together rather than against one another. Crystal shares why she created Soul Pod, a spiritual wellness platform designed to support people at different stages of awakening and give them a sense of community along the way. transcript-a-near-death-wake-up…
This conversation explores:
Science and mystical experience
Near-death experiences and consciousness
Why meditation can feel uncomfortable
Spiritual bypassing and learning to stay in the body
Intuition versus escapism
Spiritual awakening and isolation
Conscious technology
Soul Pod and personalized spiritual practice
The future of AI, technology, and consciousness
Learning to trust the quiet inner calling that asks you to change your life
Crystal’s closing message is simple but powerful: you are more powerful than you know, and there is an inner technology within you waiting to be explored
Spiritual Spotlight Series is hosted by Rachel Garrett, RN, CCH — Akashic Records Practitioner, Master Energy Healer, and Certified Crystal Healer.
Conversations about the things we almost don't say out loud. For the ones who feel everything — but question it.
Each episode features real stories of spiritual awakening, healing, and transformation from guests across all walks of life, alongside solo teachings on Akashic Records, crystal healing, nervous system support, and intuitive development.
Crystal Cassidy is a scientist, mystic, and founder and CEO of the Soul Pod, a spiritual wellness platform designed to help people reconnect with their inner knowing, regulate their nervous systems, and explore deeper states of consciousness. Before creating Soul Pod, Crystal spent nearly two decades working in biotechnology and oncology research. As director of clinical operations, she helped bring the first blood-based diagnostic for solid tumor cancers to market. Following a near-death experience, her lifelong interest in meditation and spirituality deepened into a mission to bridge scientific understanding with mystical wisdom. Crystal is formerly trained as a Reiki master, Kundalini yoga teacher, transformational breathwork practitioner, and meditation facilitator. Through what she calls Soul Tech, she explores how spirituality practices, nervous system awareness, technology, and community can support meaningful, personal, and collective transformations. I go back and forth on that. She goes back and forth, everyone. Crystal, thank you so much for coming on Spiritual Spotlight series. I'm so happy you're here. Excited to be here, Rachel. Thank you for having me.
So you spent nearly two decades working in biotechnology and oncology research. What originally drew you into the scientific and medical world?
SPEAKER_02
You know, I think I was one of those kids that was like, let me pick the hardest thing I can and I'll get a good job. So that's literally when I was thinking about what I wanted to do. I thought about that. And it was, it was kind of in between like science and climate science. So I was, I was just very interested. I had a really good mind for memory, not necessarily like photographic memory, but like pretty, pretty close. And so I found that I tended to do well in areas that were where you could kind of process a lot of information. And so I had, I just was really kind of took to chemistry and the sciences. And I really was interested in research and development. And so I got lucky, got to study under a world-renowned toxicologist, was his research assistant in college, and then got into pharmaceutical development, discovered that industry was not necessarily for me ultimately, but it was a great kicking off point. And I really got to deeply understand what it means to safely bring something to market in that space. And then I got into oncology work and cancer specifically, breast cancer, lung cancer, and genomics. And that was just like a really kind of newer space, and it was very exciting to be part of that experience. And so I just have a very curious mind. I want to understand at a systems level how things work. And that's how I got into it.
you have spoken about a near-death experience that profoundly changed your understanding of consciousness. If you don't mind, what happened and how did that experience alter your direction of your life?
SPEAKER_02
Great question. So in 2020, you can imagine what's going on then. Oh wow. And that was a time. I it was a time. There was a lot of, you know, the whole like baking sourdough thing. I'm I'm kind of jealous everybody had that experience. It was not my experience.
SPEAKER_01
Same. And I was given the jar of okay. And yeah.
SPEAKER_02
And so, you know, 2020 was just complete blur. I interestingly was doing a meditation teacher training intensive in January of that year. And I'm convinced it was in preparation for what was coming. It's a very long story, but I I had had premonitions of what was coming in January in that teacher's training. And I started to see this wave coming. And I I've been meditating for quite a while at that point. So it was atypical. And I was like, what and why am I seeing carnage and like and a lot of a lot of not great things in my meditation? And I didn't know, I didn't know what it was. I later learned it was me also starting to perceive a past life that was tied to, if you want to call it a past life, tied to what I was about to go through karmically. And I can come back to that later, but I started to get really sick. I worked in biotech, so I was already in the healthcare kind of conversation in San Francisco. And as soon as I started to get sick, I broke out crying because I knew I could feel that this was going to be a huge challenge for me. Like I already knew it, you know? And to me, it felt very karmic. It felt like this was something that I was set to go through, which was also a very unique experience. I don't view it as a punishment. I view it as it was a huge opportunity ultimately, but I also don't wish it on anybody. And I knew enough from my biotech friends that when I started to get sick and I started having cytokine storms in the lungs, what that feels like is like the lungs get really hot and then they get cold and then they get stiff. And when that starts to happen over and over and over again, uh, I knew I was in trouble, that that was ultimately what was killing people. And I got to the hospital, I got put in quarantine, had to say goodbye to my husband, which is still the hardest thing I've ever done. He couldn't come with me. And it was early March. So no, nobody knew what was going on.
unknown
Yeah.
SPEAKER_02
Yeah. It was that first week right before everything shut down. And so truly, they didn't know whether ibuprofen was going to kill you or help you at that point. And so for somebody who has been very oriented to cracking the code on things and figuring out, you know, how to, especially in healthcare, like the right things at the right time. And there's a whole process and a triage and like all that had to go out the door. Nobody knew anything. And so it was quite terrifying in in that context. And ultimately, you know, the I was I was lucky enough that I they were able to get the city keen storms under control. I was given a drug at the time that was experimental, and they didn't know. So they were like, we can give you this, we think it might help. It could also make things worse. It's your choice. And I'm like, my choice. And I'm so exhausted at that point physically. I was like, do it, you know, either way. And I think where everything started to kind of get very liminal was when I was I was on my side and I was kind of coming in and out of my body at that point because it was so uncomfortable and exhausting to be in my body that I was, and I have perceived and had out-of-body experiences before this through meditation. So that wasn't too shocking for me to have that experience. But what was different was that I could feel death near. And it's a very surprising feeling, if you've never felt it before, experience because it's very distinctive. And you have an awareness that death is is close by. And it doesn't feel ominous, it feels it feels very familiar, like weirdly familiar. And I thought that was so odd. And I had a moment where I just I gave it all up, and it wasn't so much a giving up as it was like a profound level of surrender. And as I surrendered, because of I think the lack of resistance at that point, I felt something from within me, or more it felt like behind me call out for help. Wow. And as soon as I made that call, something responded. And I was, I had a being, I called an intelligent being. I don't know if yeah, I don't really use the word God too much, but an intelligent being. And I think an ascended master of some sort is my feeling. And the being started to work on my system in and out of the body. And so what that felt like was my root center starting to get activated, my third eye getting activated, and my heart space. So when one, two, three, bing, bing, bing. And I was back in my body. A lot of things happened all at once, so it's kind of hard to talk about it in linear terms, but but I also perceived that there were multiple timelines to my life. And so one of them was to leave now. And another one was, which is obviously the one I don't know if I chose, but I ended up on, was I didn't want to leave. This took me some time to integrate after. I was so excited about living out my purpose in this lifetime, given how far I had I had come. And I didn't want to, I didn't want to cut it now, you know. And so that's what kept me here. That was like the gravitation that kept me in the body. And then as I recovered, you know, there was there was multiple other kind of mystical experiences, if you want to call them that, related to that past life and a little bit of time travel, but I can get into that if you want.
SPEAKER_01
I love that. I love that. Well, it's interesting. I have a friend who's a medium, and she said that we have moments in our life that we chose to exit, and you have an option to stay or to go. And it's like you're given a couple of these in your lifetime, and I find it fascinating that you just brought that up because you're the first person that's ever like brought that up after her telling me this a couple of years ago. It's like, it's like, yes, but it's but but it's amazing that you had that you had back in January to March, you were starting to meditate and really preparing yourself, maybe subconsciously, for what was to come. And then it's like your butt your soul was like, okay, we can handle this, and now we're gonna pivot and shift your life. I love it.
SPEAKER_02
Yeah, really. I mean, it was just such I I get reminded of this all the time that you from this human perspective, there's so much more going on than you can perceive. So true. And so I've really learned to to really have trust in a in a whole different way since then. But it is pretty trippy how it all in retrospect looks.
you describe yourself as a scientist mystic. What does that combination mean to you?
SPEAKER_02
Yeah, I'm I know people can it sounds a little unexpected, but the the way I orient to it and I really identify with it is so a scientist is somebody who is seeking truth ultimately. And there's a way of seeking truth through experimentation and through personal experience. And so the end of one experience, the personal experience, is a data point. And so I think, especially with spiritual work or soulful work or experiences beyond the human form, that we don't yet have a scientific framework to conduct those experiments. But, and we're getting closer, and I believe that people, you know, myself included, you can run these experiments for yourself. You can play with your inner technology, and that's really how I orient to it now is as an actual technology. Chakras are very real. You you realize it when you have an awakening.
SPEAKER_00
Yeah.
SPEAKER_02
And to be able to work with that system, because it is a system, that it it seems like the science side kind of starts to become more unified with the spiritual side. And so I think there's a really exciting time coming where spiritual scientists doesn't sound so out there. So true.
people turn to meditation expecting to feel peaceful, but instead encounter maybe uncomfortable emotions or memories. Why can stillness initially feel so unsettling?
SPEAKER_02
I love this question. And so it's so funny that you asked this because I just had a long conversation this morning with someone about exactly this. Divine timing. So I'm very I mean, amazing timing. And I have I have so much to say on this, but I'll say that. I love it.
SPEAKER_01
No, say it. Say it. I can skip questions and go to Soul Pot. I love it.
unknown
Yeah.
SPEAKER_02
But it's, I think there's so much to this, and there's been studies that have been done saying that meditation can make anxiety worse. And I think I think similar to what we found with with women's hormones, some of that framing is not very helpful. And I have issues with how some of those studies were conducted. Because if you give people really basic meditation training, and then you have not given them any training or orientation to how to move through discomfort, then your experience can be that it feels worse and that your anxiety is getting worse when you sit to be in stillness. We all deal with anxiety. I've dealt with anxiety too. And my personal kind of discovery around this is that it's not that your anxiety is getting worse. It's that as you start to meditate, you're becoming more aware. That awareness and what you're becoming more aware of changes as you awaken. And at first, you're becoming more aware of your anxiety. You're becoming more aware of thoughts that you didn't realize you were thinking that can be really surprising and negative and scary. And so that initial stillness, and I think we sold the wrong thing with meditation and calm. It's you're walking through the fire when you go into this work, and you're learning to sit with this discomfort. And so much of our culture and society has been designed now around reducing discomfort at any cost.
SPEAKER_01
Yeah.
SPEAKER_02
We don't have initiations. It's it's very, if you really think about it, it's it does quite a disservice because in a lot of indigenous cultures and and you know, original cultures, initiation was part of growing up and introducing discomfort and learning how strong and powerful you are through it, not just physically, but mentally and spiritually. And so it's I really I spend a lot of time on working with the experience of discomfort, the experience of having thoughts you didn't expect to become aware of. But the thing about this is you walk through the fire and you get to the other side, there is always a breakthrough, there's always expansion, there is always release, but you you can't really skip the walking through the fire part.
as a society, because you bring up a very valuable point, like the idea of discomfort or being uncomfortable, or maybe even being a little bit of pain, I have a headache, I have this, I have that, your body's telling you something. Why do you feel like we're bypassing such a critical component of our humanness?
SPEAKER_02
Such a good question. Because I really do believe I'm so passionate about this. Because I think when we start to orient uh moving into these experiences rather than numbing or running away from them, everything can change. But I I do think the reason that culturally and societal societally we have focused on reducing that discomfort is because we don't understand it. We don't actually understand what discomfort is, what resistance is because if you really sit with it, it's multidimensional, it's ancestral, it's it's beyond time and space in this lifetime sometimes, you know. So it there's so many layers to what how discomfort shows up for you mentally, physically, spiritually. And I'll give you an example of something that's it's kind of fascinating. I was in a like a four-hour meditation once, and I had a lot of pain, neurological, cardiovascular after my near-death experience. And I really didn't want to be in my body, and a lot of my energy was out of the body, so it was a lot of work to bring it back down. And I sat in meditation and it was just absolutely the worst meditation. Like all of my injuries, my pains from my martial arts days came up one by one.
unknown
Wow.
SPEAKER_02
And for example, my neurological issues, it would feel like my whole body was on fire. And so I had moved through that, but it came back in this meditation, and I felt like my whole body was on fire again. No reason. So you start to understand this is truly energetic, it's not one-dimensional, it's not just physiological. And I would sit with it, and you know, then I would feel like I was having a heart attack. I would sit with it and it would dissolve one by one by one over those four hours. It was the most interesting thing because after that, my body trusted me. And it was like, oh, you really do have this. It's a new relationship. And since then, I can go off into meditation, even if I'm not in the perfect posture, my body just kind of lets me go, and it's here for me when I'm back.
SPEAKER_01
I love that. It's so important that as a human, we're a soul having a human experience to be within our body and to have a human experience with our body. And as a lot of spiritual beings, a lot of, you know, and even I was guilty of this when I first got on my spiritual path. We spent a lot of time out of our body. And it's like it's so, so important to really tap into our body and what are the intuitive sensations and like for you, these memories, and what are these energies we have to unpack and move forward through? And it's fascinating to me like how we we just we tap out, and I'm guilty of it too. Like it's just like we're just like, I don't want to be uncomfortable. Like, it's just yeah, but it's so, but it's so important. That's why we're here, right?
SPEAKER_02
Right to have a human experience, yeah, and to feel our emotions and the feel to feel to feel to feel to feel because it is the the experience of feeling and emotion is unique to this realm, yeah. And there's other realms of experience where you don't have this access. No, you don't, and so it's it's it's really it's really valuable, and and it's not, I think in the spiritual space, we can talk about like it being some sort of demotion of experience, but I really the further I've gotten into my my own awakening, I I see it a lot differently now.
SPEAKER_01
I see it as such a huge yeah, I'm gonna a hundred percent agree with you there. And when I like for me, the first was meditating and being in the you know, being connected to the other realms and this and that. But it's like in order for me to discern the information that I'm trying to tap into, I have to be connected to my body. Otherwise, I can't I can't interpret what they're trying to send to me. You know, you have to be within your body.
SPEAKER_02
Yeah.
SPEAKER_01
Sorry, that's my thing.
SPEAKER_02
And I think it's it's interesting to think about it's it's communication, right? From the higher realms, bringing it down into this experience. What does that mean to bring as much of your soul as you can into the human experience? Yeah. I mean, that's I think we a lot of times, like you're saying, we're thinking about how can I move up in up and out into the soul, right? But then you're bringing it down, down and in. So true. And that's yeah, down and in. So we're down and down.
SPEAKER_01
No, but it's it's such a valid point. And I I just think that we're we we're taught kind of Differently, you know, it's so it's it's it's so that's a little bit of dismantling of programming and whatnot that you know when you're on the spiritual path or any path that you have to kind of be like, wait, what makes sense and what doesn't? But I want to talk about your cool technology, Soul Pod. Yeah. So what is Soul Pod? And what did you feel was missing from traditional meditation and wellness apps?
SPEAKER_02
Yeah, so I found it surprising that the meditation apps out there, while I think they serve a great purpose, all of them are were founded by men. I found that very interesting. And they had really been sanitized of the nonlinear component. You can call that the mystical experience. And so I really I wanted to bring something forward that was really a school for those who are on the awakening journey and taking you deeper than maybe you've gone before. And so really assuming that people, that there are people out there that are ready to go into that deeper experience, that meditation can open up for you, that breath work can help walk you to the door of. And so I love systems still. So I wanted to build a system that was personalized, that you we could figure out where you're at in your spiritual journey and then pair you with an experience that is most effective for where you're at right now, because everybody's at different points in their journey. Another component that I was passionate about was some space for community to connect around their awakening experience. Because for me, when I was awakening, you know, unless you you have a church or some sort of other institution or community, it's it's it can be very isolating. Yes. And yes, meditation and awakening is deeply individual, but we don't have that communal around the fire experience as much anymore where we integrate together. And so that's part of what our our pods are.
SPEAKER_01
I love that. And you bring up such a I do want to kind of go back to the spiritual awakening and how it can feel very isolating because there's a lot of people that they're like, wait, what do you mean I'm I talk to aliens? Or what do you mean I'm in a multidimensional being? What do you mean I, you know, so I I just think that by tapping into your your app and you know being able to connect with like-minded people, that's that ripples out to so many, you know, communities and whatnot. Like, you're not alone. I feel like, and I'm sure you've you've you've connected with a lot of people in with your app and everything that you've done, that they're just like, I feel alone, you know, and I I don't, and this will help connect people. It's so sad. I mean, and I'm I'm only bringing it up in my own personal experience. Yeah. Like my yeah, I had a really close friend of mine who had a spiritual shop and she passed away a little over a year and a half ago, but she brought together community. Like that's how, like, as a spiritual community and where we live, like, and since she's passed, like it's like other people have brought together, but it's like we don't have that huge, massive, oh, you can get, oh, I'm gonna, I'm gonna get Crystal for this, I'm gonna get Rachel for that, I'm gonna get, you know, and she was amazing, such a connector, and we're gonna all gonna have to download your app so we can all get connected again. So
you use the term soul tech. What does it mean? And how can technology support awakening without becoming another source of distraction?
SPEAKER_02
It's a great question, and one that I've sat with deeply. I think that we're in a day and age where what we develop and what we build, and this goes for AI and and everything that we create from here, is going to emerge from a certain level of consciousness. And so I'm more interested in if you're building something and you know, I have I'm working with tech, we have an app that it is built from a certain level of consciousness, which is very intentional, community-driven. And I think there's great value in that because it's connective. This technology is connective. I don't think it's going anywhere. I don't necessarily think it needs to go anywhere. But I'm a big believer in how we shift where humanity is going ultimately is within each personal experience. And if we do this work, then all these other things, the institutions, the politics, the environmental issues, AI, will all be impacted from the work of consciousness that's being done. So I think there's there's this intersection between science, technology, and soulfulness. And ultimately, everything is spiritual. Ultimately, everything is soulful. We may just not be aware of it because we are multidimensional beings, we're not limited, whether you realize it or not. Everything is coming from these other realms of consciousness as well. So that to me, even technology is is that right? Yeah. And so I think that there's going to be more coming with people who are building truly conscious technology, not conscious in the in the AI tech sense, but that it's soulful, it's full of higher frequency consciousness. And I think that gets really interesting and really exciting, and it will help humanity move forward in really powerful ways. Now, that's not to say that there's a realm where you can evolve without any technology, you can opt out of that experience. And that's also a choice, and I think a valuable one. But as far as where we're at on this planet in this timeline, at this point, technology is something that we're being asked to play with and experiment with and see what it what can come from it. And so I think I think there's some really interesting opportunities there.
SPEAKER_01
I love that. So how do you balance data, research, and user feedback with your own intuition when making decisions about Soul Pod? Oh my gosh, such a good question.
SPEAKER_02
I sit with this a lot. It is, it's a balancing, as with any creation, you're getting inputs from all kinds of different areas. I'm also writing a science fiction novel. And so I have a lot of my own intuition, which is always the ignition point. And I'm very I I put I put a lot of sacredness around that. That I think, especially when you're creating something new, to really honor your intuition at the beginning before you start to bring in other inputs, especially other people. And then it's kind of a dance, right? Listening to your intuition, coming up with a hypothesis of I think this will serve people, offering it up, seeing what the reactions are, how are how is it working? How is it not working? And I stay really close to our customers. I manage the inbox so that I'm really hearing. Sometimes it takes me longer to get back to people, but I'm I'm very tapped into what's going on with people. And that helps me kind of inform what's needed and what's not needed.
So, how can someone tell the difference between a genuine inner calling and the desire to escape a life that feels uncomfortable?
SPEAKER_02
I think a genuine inner calling inspiration, which is taking in the spirit. When it comes to you, it feels daunting, and there is usually some sort of elevated emotion that comes along with it as well. And I find that if I get that combination of emotion, because it's eliciting energy, it's calling in something new, so it's emotional. And this kind of like it's a whisper, oftentimes it's not. I think this is what people kind of maybe don't realize is that a lot of times it comes in very subtly. Yes. But you you start to have to kind of look for it, and then once you know how it comes in for you, you'll you'll really start to fine-tune that relationship between inspiration uh and your life. I love that.
SPEAKER_01
It it does bring to an attitude of wonder, curiosity. Like in the beginning, you said you were very curious, and then with infinite intelligence or divine wisdom, however you call it, it is it does whisper. It's not gonna do a big billboard, it'll be whisper, and that intuitive knowledge is how you're gonna be on the right path. Love that. So you left a successful established career to build something completely new. What fears or identities did you have to release to follow that calling?
SPEAKER_02
Yeah, so so I I left biotech kind of on a big high. So we one of the startups I was working with IPO'd. Uh, it was very exciting. And on paper, it people didn't really understand why I would be at that point, like, oh, I think I'm done in biotech. And even me, yeah, even for me, I was confused. You know, I was like, I'm gonna get here, and now this is when I'm like, I think I'm and it's it wasn't that it was a bad experience, even. It was just this really powerful feeling of there's something else calling to me now. And it took me a few years of trying things and exploring things, and I'm lucky and I'm privileged that I had the space to do that and to feel into it. And so it was difficult. I'm not gonna sit here and say it was easy. It required a lot of courage to trust that feeling within me. And to this day, there's probably people that don't really understand that choice, and that's okay, being okay with that. Absolutely. We, you know, we live however long we live, and to think that we're going to be one thing that whole time, I think is is a disservice to ourselves. And so I just I went deeper into my practice. I went deeper into my curiosities. I was like, what can I learn and who can I learn it from? And where can I travel and what can I try? And so that that experimentation led me to Soul Pod. It led me to my book. And as I started to like lay down the frameworks, it it started talking to me more and more. And I think that's also when you know you're on the right path for whatever reason, for whatever outcome, it's it's talking to you more and more. And I tend to also have a a component of myself that I like to see things all the way through. I like to start something and be like, okay, I know it's gonna take time, I know it's gonna take a lot of work and energy, but I want to I want to do all the things. I'm okay with that.
SPEAKER_01
I love it. So, what are you currently creating through Soul Pod and how can listeners experience a platform and connect with you?
SPEAKER_02
We're currently we're actually about to release some viral frequencies. So we have a really amazing sound engineer, and that's something new that's gonna be coming to Soul Pod. And we're also working on increasing our capacity for personalization. So understanding even more deeply of what's needed based on your consciousness on each day, which changes and shifts. And so we're working on a really cool feature right now that will help you understand where you're at on a day-to-day basis as far as your consciousness. And as far as what's calling to me next, I mean, I'm very close to finishing this 10-year project on my science fiction novel. So that's another thing that for me, I'm I'm I'm near the finish line and I can feel it. So it's very exciting.
SPEAKER_01
I love it. And then for like anyone that it's it's called it's Soul Pod. And right, is this the correct one? Yeah, there you go. You've got it. Soul Pod. So I'm gonna make sure that uh to link it in the show notes. But for anyone, it's on Apple. I'm assuming it's on Android, it's a cool app it's on Apple.
SPEAKER_02
We're yeah, we're working on Android, so Android's not out yet, but should be hopefully by the end of the year, early next year, at the latest. And yeah, you can find us on the app store, soulpodapp.com. And I also write on Substack, and there's all kinds of all kinds of stuff there.
cool. And for our final question, what is one message you feel called to leave with the Spiritual Spotlight series audience today?
SPEAKER_02
That you're so much more powerful than you know, that you have a technology within you that you can learn how to activate and conduct, that you can learn how to move through levels of consciousness and realms at will. And that you're loved.
SPEAKER_01
I love that. Crystal, thank you so much for calling the Spiritual Spotlight series. It's truly been amazing to connect with you today. Thank you, Rachel.
