When you feel good, your light shines bright and you show up differently in every area of your life —and that changes a lot of things; It certainly did for me.
My own life came to a complete and total stop in April 2015 when I faced my own, deadly health crisis after my second child was born. It was a gift that came wrapped in really, really ugly wrapping paper and what led me into the work I do today.
I am a big believer in continuing education and hold a degree - along with numerous certifications from several institutions of higher education.
My family is everything to me; I’ve been very happily married to the love of my life, Carl, for almost two decades and together we have two sons, Justice and Noah.
